• • Group discounts are not available on the day of your visit. If you do not have a prior reservation, the group rate will not apply even if you come with the above number of people.
• Applications are accepted from six months prior to the month of your visit.

• ・If you wish to make a reservation less than one week in advance, please contact the store directly.
• ・We may not be able to accept reservations on days when other reservations are already made or during peak seasons.
• ・If you wish to reserve the entire venue, please contact the store.
• • While admission is free for chaperones (teachers and photographers from elementary, junior high, high schools, universities (including vocational schools and junior colleges), and special needs schools), they will not be able to participate in the activities.

Flow of Reservation/Application

Please fill in the required information on the group application form and submit it at least one week before your visit.

Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance of the month of your visit.
Once we have confirmed your application, we will contact you.

  After meeting with you regarding the availability of the date and time you wish to use, the number of guests, and the usage plan, we will formally accept your reservation.

  On the day of your visit, please tell us your group name at the information counter and pay the fee before entering.
