Entry to the limited-time popup store "Ichiban Kuji JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure -THE★JOJO WORLD-" requires advance reservation (free of charge) during the designated period.
A successful reservation does not guarantee product availability.
This ticket is for reserving a checkout line and payment method. Changes to ticket type or checkout line on the day are not allowed.
Photo ID will be required on entry.

Purchase of Ichiban Kuji JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure -THE★JOJO WORLD-
Purchase limit per visit: 10 draws per transaction, up to 3 consecutive transactions.
Limits may be revised at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Same-day ticket sales at the venue are not available.
Entry may be limited based on venue capacity at any time.
Extra booking slots may be made available on the ticket page subject to same-day availability.
Reservation Schedule
Lottery Application Period: Nov 7 (Fri) 12:00 PM – Nov 16 (Sun) 11:59 PM
Lottery Results Announcement: Nov 18 (Tue) around 12:00 PM
General Sales (First-come basis): Nov 22 (Sat) 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM daily.
General sales may not be held depending on ticket availability.

About Ticket Application
Each ticket only allows entry for one person.
Only one ticket per person per day can be reserved.
No changes to time after reservation is completed.
No payment required at reservation; payment for products is made at the Ichiban Kuji register.

Ticket Types
Ticket types vary depending on the checkout line selected.
Changes to ticket type or checkout line cannot be made on the day.
Examples of Checkout Lines available:-
Checkout Lines ① & ②: Cash, credit card, e-money, QR code payment.
Checkout Lines ③ & ④: Credit card (VISA/MasterCard only), e-money (transport IC only), QR code payment (PayPay only).

Entry Guidelines
Entry requires both the QR code ticket and a form of photo ID.
Access your ticket via the URL in the winner notification email. The QR code must be presented upon entry, either electronically or as a printed copy.
Entry verification will include scanning your QR code and checking photo ID.
Entry will be denied if verification fails or if the name on the ticket does not match the ID.
Identity Verification Details
The name on the photo ID must match the name used during reservation.
If the name format differs (e.g., spacing, kana, romanization), entry will be denied.
For example:
"山田 太郎" → ✅ Allowed
"山 田太郎" / "やまだ たろう" / "ヤマダ タロウ" / "YAMADA TARO" / "TARO YAMADA" → ❌ Not allowed
Accepted Photo IDs
・Driver’s License.
・My Number Card.
・Passport.
・Residence Card.
・Special Permanent Resident Certificate.
・Student ID with photo.
Please note that:-
Expired IDs are not accepted.
Date of birth may be checked.
Full ID must be shown (with the exception of My Number details).
Copies are not accepted; only originals are valid. Tampering or forgery is a crime.
Other photo IDs not listed are invalid.
Other Notes
Entry will be denied if communication with staff is not possible or if the person cannot answer questions directly.
Suspected resellers may be denied entry at staff’s discretion.
Electronic tickets may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, or forged.
Entry time may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Products are limited in quantity and may sell out.
Event schedule, hours, and content may change or be canceled. Please check the official website or X before visiting.
- Please arrive in front of the store at your allocated time slot. You will line up in order of your randomly assigned number.
- Each reservation ticket is valid for one person only.
※ Check-in may take time, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
※ If you arrive after your allocated time slot, you will be placed at the end of the line regardless of your number.
※ Due to circumstances outside of our control, the instructions given may change.
