  • If you are a registered member, please present your "LINE Membership Card *1".
  • If you made a reservation online, present your "Reservation Complete Screen.”*2​ ​
    * If you do not have the Reservation Complete Screen, please present your reservation completion email.

When visiting TONDEMI the second and subsequent times, please bring the following two items.

  • * Those paying the Kids Area usage fee or Guardian admission fee do not need to bring anything.

Clothes

[Recommended Clothing]

  • Comfortable outfits (no skirts, loose-flowing, or overly revealing clothing)
  • Sneakers or comfortable shoes (outdoor shoes allowed)

[Please remove before playing]

  • Accessories (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.)
  • Watches, hats, scarves, metal objects like chains, etc.

[Items to remove for certain activities]

  • Glasses (including sports glasses)
    *Glasses must be removed for activities like trampolines and the Air Run, where they may pose a risk of injury.

Facility equipment

Free lockers
  • Lockers with combination locks are available.
  • You can set your own combination number.
Changing room
  • We also have changing rooms available.
Free rental shoes
  • You can wear your own shoes (outdoor shoes can be worn inside the venue), but we also offer free shoe rentals if your shoes are not suitable for physical activities.
