In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3, players can get a "Level" corresponding to their progress and a "Title" corresponding to their gaming style.

The first level is "N Class".
Your level rises, one step at a time, when you satisfy certain conditions during the game.
Your level rises as follows:
N Class -> C9 Class -> C8 Class -> ...... -> C1 Class -> B9 Class -> B8 Class -> ...... -> B1 Class -> A9 Class -> ...... ?
Your level does not fall, even if you lose.

Your level is displayed at the lower right of the screen during the game.It is also printed on the card.

The conditions you need to fulfill to increase your level in the first stages are as follows: (there are other hidden conditions for increasing your level)

Your level rises, one step at a time, each time you finish one story.

Number of victories: Your level rises by one if you win 20 times.
Your level rises by one if you win 50 times.
Your level rises by one if you win 100 times.

There are other hidden conditions for increasing your level.

Your level rises by one when you complete the race in "Gold" time in all courses and in all levels.

Outrun Stars: Your level rises by one if you reach 20 stars
Your level rises by one if you reach 50 stars
Your level rises by one if you reach 100 stars

There are other hidden conditions for increasing your level.

The first title is "Wangan Beginner".
When you satisfy the conditions necessary to gain a title, you get that title.
You can overwrite your old title with a new one (the old title disappears and the new one becomes yours). Or you can also decide not to overwrite (you keep the old title). Whether you keep on overwriting the titles in succession or whether you keep your favorite title is up to you.
