Sustainability Management
Bandai Namco Group has defined its purpose (its reason for existence in society) as "Fun for All into the Future," and has set five themes as materiality that it needs to focus on in order to put this purpose into practice, and is working on these themes.

Amusement Unit Initiative Examples
01. Safety measure

At Bandai Namco Amusement Inc. facilities, we strive to create an environment where customers can enjoy themselves safely and with peace of mind, even from the design stage. Even after opening, we carry out internal inspections and facility operations in accordance with our company's safety standards, and also have safety inspections conducted by external organizations, for multiple checks. We also strive to confirm the safety of our products and improve their quality in accordance with our quality standards.
02. Initiatives for environmentally friendly products "Eco Amusement Machines"

Since 2012, Bandai Namco Experience has been working on developing environmentally friendly products, and has certified products that meet certain standards in an evaluation based on seven criteria, including power saving and resource saving, as "Eco Amusement". From November 2024, the company will update its environmentally friendly design standards to an even higher standard and introduce new standards that incorporate the 3R elements of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. In addition, products with particularly excellent energy-saving performance will be certified as "Eco Amusement Machines" and will be labeled with the "Eco Amusement Machine Label" as proof of sustainable equipment.
03. Providing work experience opportunities for elementary and junior high school students

Utilizing domestic amusement facilities, we create original programs such as work experience for local elementary and junior high school students, and actively provide opportunities for experiential learning.
04. Promoting the acquisition of JAIA Youth Advisor * qualifications

In order to deepen knowledge about the healthy development of young people and take appropriate measures, we encourage employees to obtain the "JAIA Youth Advisor" qualification. The qualification rate for employees assigned to amusement facilities is over 99% (as of March 2025).
* "JAIA Youth Advisor": A person who has completed the "JAIA Youth Leader Training Course" run by the Japan Amusement Industry Association. Has specialized knowledge and experience in youth development activities.
