□ About this campaign
・You can apply for this campaign from the two-dimensional code on the surface of the double chance ticket.
・You can apply only once for each application serial code embedded in the 2D code.
・You will be required to enter your personal information after winning.
・If the 2D code is lost, it will not be reissued for any reason.
・The contents of this campaign are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
・If the ticket is transferred or resold to another person, the entry will be invalid.
・Please note that the image may differ slightly from the actual product.
