
Gyutonpo is a gourmet gyoza that was once the "Popular Gyoza King" in the monthly popularity polls of the "Gyoza Stadium" and won the Monde Selection Gold Award. It is characterized by its juicy filling that is full of meat juice and uses "Omi beef", one of the three major wagyu beef in Japan. The skin is also kneaded with the secret soup, making it a luxurious delicacy.

Bao King
The taste of gyoza that his grandfather encountered in northeastern China was a taste of his childhood dinner table. He could not forget those gyoza and resolved to "make the most delicious gyoza in Japan". In 2003, he opened his first store in his hometown of Shiga in order to popularize the gyoza he perfected after many years of work: Gyutonpo.
