● Nihao
The original gyoza with wings is characterized by its crispy wings, made from wheat flour dissolved in water. The wings have a nice oily aroma and the wings themselves have a delicious flavor. Juicy meat juices overflow from the inside, and you can enjoy the delicious flavor of vegetables and a crunchy texture.
● Antei
The original cheese gyoza with wings is a new type of gyoza with wings that uses cheese in the wings instead of putting cheese in the gyoza filling. After many trials, the cheese used in the wings is adjusted in an exquisite ratio of parmesan cheese, natural cheese, etc. to give it a delicious and crispy texture.

Nihao
This shop is the birthplace of the fried dumplings in Kamata, "Tokyo's dumpling town," home to about 60 dumpling shops. It opened in 1983, and to make the shop familiar to everyone, it chose the easy-to-understand Chinese name Ni Hao, which anyone can speak. They insist on making their dumplings by hand, and even grind the meat used in the filling, as well as the wrappers, in-house. The shop's president, Master Yagi, is so particular that he checks the quality of the ingredients with his own eyes before finally making them into products. They have 10 stores, mainly in Kamata.
Antei
Antei opened in Kojiya, near Haneda Airport, in 1959. It became famous as a place where flight attendants would stop by on their way back from overseas flights looking for a taste of Japan. It closed in 1997, much to everyone's regret, after the death of the owner. It later reopened in NAMJATOWN in November 2004.
The owner's motto for the menu is "Learn from the past to discover the new," and the Cheese Gyoza with Wings is a masterpiece born from the owner's motto.
