The dispensed used card when upgraded from "Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3" to "Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3 DX" cannot be applied.
The card which can be applied has "3DX" printed on upper right corner of the card.

- * One card per player. Multiple applications from the same person will not be accepted. In the event of multiple applications only one Special Card will be sent.
- * Special Cards can be used as normal Tuning Cards.
- * The name on a Special Card is the car's serial number. Players will not be able to change the card's name. Car color will also be randomly generated.
