* NAMJA Passport can only be used once.

■Information about the experience
*Children under 4 years old are not permitted to use this facility.
*Please note that Duration may vary, so please make sure you allow plenty of time.
・People who are drunk or unwell cannot enter the facility.
・ Pregnant Individuals cannot use this facility.
・You cannot use the facility while using a walking stick or other implement.
・There will be some action such as holding and swinging a sword. Please follow the instructions of the Jonin and be mindful of those around you.
・This is an experience where you will participate with other people. We may divide you into groups.

■Information about participation tickets
・Participation tickets will be collected upon entry.
・Participation tickets cannot be reissued, so please be careful not to lose them.
・Registration will close once the specified number of people has been reached, even if the participation ticket distribution time has not yet begun.
・Please refrain from transferring or reselling your participation ticket. If discovered, you will be denied entry.

■ Information regarding admission
・When entering the venue, your participation ticket and passport ticket or entry ticket will be checked. Participation tickets will be collected.
・Late entry is possible, but you may not be able to enjoy the venue to its fullest. If you wish to enter late, please speak to a member of staff nearby.

■ Guidance inside the venue
・Please note that participants in the experience are not allowed to take photos themselves.
- Photographing from the viewing area is permitted by an accompanying person.
・Accompanying persons will be kept separate from participants in the experience and will accompany them in the rear viewing area.
・Please refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the experience or cause inconvenience to other customers.
・Eating and drinking is not permitted inside the venue. *Bringing in food and drinks other than plastic bottles is prohibited.
・Please store large luggage in a locker in advance.
・Please refrain from touching staff or actors.
・We cannot accept gifts for staff or actors.

■Other
-Please cooperate with staff's instructions and guidance within the venue.
・Even if there is no description, if there is any behavior that the staff deems inappropriate, We may contact you.
