[How to Use]
* NAMJA Passport can only be used once.

■Information about the experience
* Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or older.
*Large luggage and umbrellas cannot be brought into the facility. Please use the lockers and umbrella stands near the information counter in advance.

・People who are intoxicated or unwell are not permitted to use the facility.
・ Pregnant Individuals and those who may be pregnant cannot use this facility.
・Depending on the number of people, we may place you in the same group as other people. Thank you for your understanding.
・As this is a tour-type attraction, if you wish to participate as a group, we will not be able to accommodate you unless all members are present at the time of registration.
In that case, the order of the tour may change. (Up to four people can be guided at a time.)
・If you have a fear of dark or confined spaces, we recommend that you bring a companion.
・You may not be able to participate depending on the time and number of participants.
・Please refrain from taking photos, videos, or recording audio inside the facility.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking while experiencing the attraction.
・Please refrain from touching staff or actors.
・We are unable to accept gifts for staff or actors.
- Please do not engage in any dangerous activities, such as running in the affected areas.
Participants are requested to follow the instructions of the instructors.
・Depending on the level of congestion, we will distribute set cards.
