I've got some very HOT NEWS to announce to all of you.

It was decided to hold an official nationwide tournament this summer, which will be our first event in the "Wangan Maxi series"!

The name is:
"2009 WANGAN MIDNIGHT MAXIMUM TUNE 3DX JAPAN CHAMPIONSHIP"!!


Now let's all call out the name together.

"2009 WANGAN MIDNIGHT MAXIMUM TUNE 3DX JAPAN CHAMPIONSHIP"!!

Ok, so now, you've already learned the name, just don't mix it with TV's mimic championship.


The qualifying tournaments this time will be held from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, based on our belief that "the tournaments should be participated in by as many players as possible." So, we are planning to hold the tournaments from July in arcades across the country. If your nearest arcade is registered in our Arcade Holding Qualifying Tournament, you all definitely must participate in this event!!
The championship will be in the spotlight and is planned to be held at the Namco Bandai Games booth in the Amusement Machine Show, Makuhari Messe in September.

Since the fastest player in Japan will be determined, the excitement of not only our development members but also of all the employees in Namco Bandai Games has already been growing!
