maedaWangan Maxi 3DX has arrived!

Hi there, it's Maeda.
Wangan Maxi 3DX is now in operation!
I guess that lots of you are playing it already.
I've been practicing day in and day out on Nagoya Speed Ring to rid myself of my "default player" status and at long, long last become able to beat somebody in VS Player.

*I'm handing over the title of eternal default player to new Wangan Project members Jufuku and Yamamoto.

Although Nagoya Speed Ring has no branching points, Takenaka has set the difficulty of the course a little higher than usual, so if you get too cocky you might end up crashing into the wall at the very last corner.
Yup, cool and calm steering sure is the key to success...I'm practicing it every day.

Just as promised, the development staff have made a massive effort to race around real courses and get new data for Ghost Versus Battle Mode, so be sure to try it out!
The developers are scheduled to go around Japan on business and to attend various events, so if you're not careful you may find yourself with a challenge waiting for you at your local arcade.
Keep a close eye out for challenges and check your ghost's battle history regularly.

Oh yeah, and please join in the campaign for the new car type.

It could be a chance for you to get your hands on a mega-rare tuning card!
The card is never going to be re-released, so all you card collectors had better start getting ready for when the applications open by reading the application conditions!!
There's not so many conditions this time, so don't worry.

And, I know you've all been expecting me to say this, but...we'd like to know what car types you'd like in Wangan Maxi!

Most of the additional cars in Wangan Maxi 3DX were new models, but we'd welcome suggestions for famous old cars too!
Lots of you seem to want the early generation Nissan Skyline GT-R and the Mazda RX-3, but we'd love to hear about some hot cars from the 80s and 90s you'd like in the game!

And of course, new cars are OK too.
