You can transfer data from Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX and Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3 tuning cards to Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX Plus tuning cards.
- Start the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX Plus game.
- In the "Do you have a card?" screen, insert a Tuning Card for Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX or Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3.
- If the data in your card can be transferred, a message will appear asking you if you want to transfer data from the card.
- Insert coins sufficient to purchase one card.
- Once you have purchased a card, the old card will be ejected from the machine. Please take this ‘Transfer Complete’ card out of the card reader/writer.
- A new card will automatically be created within the machine, and your data will be transferred.
- You can start playing as soon as the transfer is complete.
Should there be words that are not generally acceptable in polite society included in the card name, you may be asked to change the name at the time of transfer.
If you cannot not come up with a new card name when asked on the card name change screen, select "Do not transfer".
Your card will be ejected (and the game will start without using the card data).
After the game ends, transfer the card data if you've thought of a new card name.

Cards from which data can be transferred are as follows:
Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX cards that are currently active
Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3 cards that are currently active
Unused cards attached to the sound track for Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3 that are currently active.
With the "Game-synchronized Premium Card", your title will initially go to ‘Wangan beginner’, but you can re-select a title when you renew the card.
Cards other than those described above (present cards, etc.) cannot be used.
