Present Cards
If you use your Tuning Card 60 times, you will need to renew the card. When you renew your card, the card you had been using up until that point will becomes a "Present Card".
With the Present Card, someone can play with the same tuning and dress-up status that you had on your Tuning Card.

*Present Cards are created automatically when you renew your card.

What are the present cards you can make when you renew a card?

  • You can choose any card name you like.
  • Car type: Stays the same as the original card
  • Body color: Stays the same as the original card
  • Power: Stays the same as the original card
  • Handling: Stays the same as the original card
  • Story Mode results: Stays the same as the original card
  • Ghost Versus Battle results: Returns to default state
  • Dress-up status: Stays the same as the original card
  • 10 Outrun Mode: Returns to default state
  • Time Attack Record: Returns to default state
  • VS Player results: Returns to default state
  • Level: Stays the same as the original card
  • Title: Stays the same as the original card
  • Mileage: Returns to default state
  • Meter, BGM, etc: Stays the same as the original card
  • Internet Ranking: Not possible. (no password will be issued)
  • Number of times the card can be used: 5 times
    (to see what happens after you use the card five times, please read the section on Discarded Vehicle Data Cards)

How to use a present card

  1. Start the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX Plus game.
  2. On the "Do you have a card?" screen, insert your present card.
  3. If you are using the Present Card for the first time, enter the Card Name.
  4. You can now play the game.

There are many ways to use a present card!

Example 1) “I want to play my friend at Wangan! But he doesn’t have a card…”
You should give your friend a present card! Have them choose a name and then get playing! Your friend is going to love high speed Wangan battles!
Example 2) "My friend likes battling but he doesn’t’ have full tuning…I don’t want to play if it’s no fun.."
You should give your friend a present card! Start battling as equals in cars with the same tuning!
Example 3) “ I really want to try another car type, but I’m not sure if I’ll like it….and it’s a lot of work to start from scratch…”
You should get a friend to make you a Present Card so you can try their car out. You can have a fun new Wangan experience!
